用法のコード化の有無にかかわらず、用法の完全な文字列を設定する。

投与量を記録する。 内服１回量、外用１回量は、doseAndRate.doseQuantityに記述する。処方期間の中で 1 日量が常に一定となる場合場合は、内服１日量、外用１日量は、doseAndRate.rateRatioの分子で指定する。 外用の全量指定（２本など）の場合は、調剤量として、MedicationRequestリソースのdispenseRequest.quantity 要素に、SimpleQuantity 型で記録するので、その1回量を併せて指定するのでなければこの要素は出現しない。

力価区分。力価区分コード。 本要素は、安全性のため省略せずに必須とする。 用量は製剤量で記述することを基本とするが、必要に応じて原薬量指定も可能とする。
